أعلن مفوّض اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان في الشرق الأوسط السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد ان ما يتم تداوله لجهة طرد دروز الجولان السوري ومن أراضيهم وممتلكاتهم هو أمر خطير في النوايا. 

 وأشار أن الطائفة المسلمة الدرزية تعيش لأكثر من ألف سنة في مرتفعات الجولان السورية التي تحتلها "إسرائيل" وهي أرض عربية بأمتياز ولا يحق لأي جهة نزع ملكيتها. وأضاف مكتب السفير ابو سعيد أنه تواصل مع المعنيين في سوريا بهذا الشأن وما يعمل عليه الكيان الإسرائيلي بتفريغ الجولان من أبنائه من الطائفة الموحدة لجهة غير معروفة. وفي المعلومات قد يكون المكان المنوي ترحيل أكثر من سبعين ألف (٧٠،٠٠٠) شخص إلى مناطق مزارع شبعة والعرقوب من اجل وضعهم في مواجهة مع أهلهم الجنوبيين بُغية إثارة فتنة مذهبية داخل طائفة من لون واحد إستكمالا لمخطط الأجهزة الأمنية اليهودية القاضي بتفتيت المنطقة بأكملها وتنفيذاً لمخطط "ينون" الصهيوني.  

وأضاف السفير أبو سعيد أن الترحيل والإبعاد القسري للمدنيين هو جريمة كبرى في القانون الجنائي الدولي ترتكبه السلطات الإسرائيلية على كل الأراضي الفلسطينية خصوصاً المــادة 17 من ملحق (البروتوكول) الثاني الإضافي لاتفاقيات جنيف المعقودة في 12 آب 1949 التي تحظّر الترحيل القسري للمدنيين، حيث جاءت الفقرة الأولى منه أنه لا يجوز الأمر بترحيل السكان المدنيين, لأسباب تتصل بالنزاع, كما المادة الثانية منه نصت أنه لا يجوز إرغام الأفراد المدنيين على النزوح عن أراضيهم لأسباب تتصل أيضا بالنزاع.وتابع السفير ابو سعيد أن صفقة القرن بدأت تظهر بكل ملامحها السيئة وتفريغ الأرض من سكانها يعود بنا الى زمن إحتلال فلسطين سنة ١٩٤٨ حيث تم ترحيل الفلسطنيين قسرا من أراضيهم ووقعت الكارثة الكبيرة التي يعاني منها معظم سكان العالم كنتيجة لأحداث فلسطين. 

 وختم السفير ابو سعيد أنه أبرق الى المفوّض السامي لمجلس حقوق الإنسان اليوم بهذا المخطط الذي تعتزم تنفيذه "إسرائيل" والمنافي للحقوق وطعنا لكل المواثيق والشرع الدولية.

The Commissioner of the International Commission for Human Rights in the Middle East, Ambassador Haitham Abu Said, said that what is being dealt with in terms of the expulsion of the Druze from the Golan Heights and their lands and properties is dangerous in intentions.He pointed out that the Druze community lived for more than a thousand years in the Syrian Golan Heights, occupied by "Israel" is an Arab land and no concession of any party to take ownership.

In the information, it is possible to move more than seventy thousand (70,000) people to the farms of Shab'a and al-'Arqub in order to confront them with their southern people in order to provoke sectarian strife within a range of one color in order to complement the plan of the Jewish security apparatus to break up the whole area and implement the scheme Zionist "Yinon". 

Ambassador Abu Said said that the deportation and forcible deportation of civilians is a major crime in international criminal law committed by the Israeli authorities on all Palestinian territories, especially Article 17 of the Additional Protocol II to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, which prohibits the forcible transfer of civilians. 

That the civilian population may not be ordered to be deported for reasons related to the conflict, and article 2 of which stipulates that civilian individuals may not be forced to leave their territory for reasons also related to the conflict.Ambassador Abu Said said that the deal of the century began to appear in all its bad features and emptying the land of its population back to the time of the occupation of Palestine in 1948, where the Palestinians were forcibly deported from their land and the great disaster suffered by most of the world's population as a result of the events of Palestine. 

Ambassador Abu Said concluded that he had joined the High Commissioner of the Human Rights Council today with this plan, which he intends to implement "Israel"and the violation of rights and our adherence to all international charters and laws.
