أبرق مفوّض الشرق الأوسط للّجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان (مكتب جنيف) ورئيس "وكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان) السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد الى مفوّض السامي لمجلس حقوق الإنسان السيدة ميشال باشوليه حول قضايا حقوقية في الدول العربية خصوصاً ما يحدث في سوريا واليمن الملفين الأكثر حدّة ودموية في الشرق الأوسط.
وأضاف البيان أن عودة أعمال العنف نتيجة إصرار بعض الدول المتورطة في المستنقع السوري واليمني ضمن أعمال عسكرية والتي أعادت تعويم المجموعات المسلحة ويدأت تعيد المشاهد الغير إنسانية في القرى التي تتواجد فيها بالإضافة إلى إستغلال أماكن النازحين في المخيمات "الركبان" و"الهول" أمر يثير القلق والتخوّف من الإصرار على إراقة المزيد من دم الأبرياء من نساء وأطفال لا دخل لهم في الصراعات السياسية والعسكرية. وأضاف أن المخيمات المذكورة ضمناً تنشط فيها أماكن تدريب لعناصر تلتقي بالفكر والتوجّه لداعش، سيما بعد ظهور رئيس التنظيم "ابو بكر البغدادي" الذي حذّر فيها السفير ابو سعيد في بيان صحفي في ٢٨ نيسان ٢٠١٧ من هذه الخطوة وأنه متواجد في مخيمات تخضع لسيطرة الأميركي والموساد الإسرائيلي. وأكد السفير ابو سعيد حصول اللجنة على معلومات دقيقة حول امتلاك المعارضة السلحة في الشمال تم تهريبها عن الحدود السورية التركية وهي عبارة عن صواريخ كورنيت (٦كيلو)، فاغوت تاو، صواريخ جو صينية ج م ف، وعدد كبير من الأسلحة الخفيفة والمتوسطة.
وأشار بيان مكتب المفًّوض أبو سعيد لوكالة الأنباء الدولية لحقوق الإنسان أن على الدول العربية المعنية تحمل المسؤولية الأخلاقية والدينية تجاه ما يحصل أيضا في اليمن مشيدا بخطوة "الحوثي" في الحديدة لجهة
