بعد التواصل الميداني مع العضو المسؤول في اللجنة القانونية عادل حاموش بعد حادثة اليوم في جنوب لبنان جراء إطلاق أكثر من ١٠٠ صاروخ من الأراضي اللبنانية باتجاه فلسطين المحتلة، أن تلك الصواريخ غير لبنانية وبالتالي اعتبر السفير أبو سعيد أن هذا عمل مدان ومن جملة أهدافه خلط اوراق التسويات التي قامت في الشرق الأوسط.
كما أن الفيديو الذي وصل اللجنة يشير أنه وفي الشكل لا يتطابق مع استراتيجية العمل في ٢٠٠٦، وعليه فإن الشبهات ذاهبة إلى عمل تخريبي، الهدف منه خلق جو سلبي للإستفادة منه في بعض السياسات المتشنجة.
وفي سياق متصل تمت إدانة صارخة لأعمال القمع والتنكيل في مسجد الاقصى تجاه المدنيين والمصلين من قبل جيش الكيان، معتبرين أن العمل الغير إنساني هو خرق للأعراف الدولية.
